First time visiting here. The food was amazing and very good portions.  Even the children's menu has good sized portions. The place has a really good atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. They were also interacting with my 18 month old, which he absolutely loved. The service was definitely really good.

First time back for many years and has definitely improved. Food was very good previously and we were not disappointed this time. We had the set menu which is very reasonably priced. Service was excellent.
What has improved is the atmosphere, the restaurant was full, which for a Wednesday should speak volumes. They have put a few extra tables since the early days and funnily enough I think that has helped - it would be more usual to say the reverse.
Anyway I would recommend, one of the better restaurants in Essex.

Went for a midweek birthday meal with my wife, for some reason we have been in Billericay for 3 years or so and haven't been here yet! The food was lovely, the wine (list) good also and the service was spot on. This is fantastic cut above food on my doorstep for a reasonable cost. Planning on going back soon! :) Thanks MM

Really enjoyed Sunday lunch. Food was excellent and the service was pitched at just the right level, attentive without being intrusive. Also loved the way the place has been  refurbished, very tasteful. Will be visiting again very soon.

Always a good atmosphere. Device brilliant. Helpful friendly staff. The food absolutely delicious. Never had a bad experience. Recommend you too anyone.x
