Had dinner before there and was lovely however went for breakfast the other day....AWFUL. Was given one tiny pot of baked beans (the pots you use for tiny amount of ketchup etc) and it had exactly 4 (yes 4) baked beans in it, not even a teaspoon of beans, the sausage was burnt and dried out, bacon was cold and I was appalled. The staff were miserable which was unlike when I went in the evening before. To be honest, I was so appalled with the breakfast and service from this time that I now won't go back even though I became a regular for lunch or dinner. Also staff were reluctant to give us a refill of coffee even thought It was included and I'd paid for that. It took 10 minutes to get someones attention even though not busy as staff were just looking at the floor and miserable. It shocked me they thought so little of their customers that they would serve such a breakfast. For £20.00 of my hard earned money I wouldn't have even paid £2 it was that bad and because of that they have lost a loyal customer. I have deleted the app and will not go back! Even complained via website and surprise surprise no response.

Went on a Monday night when we arrived we were sat at a table and prompted to order drinks that came to 15 pound then tried to order food for wife and 3 kids they were sold out of kids meals why they could not tell me that before I sat down that goodness for McDonalds over the road won't be going there again

Food was lovely although a little pricey. If you download the app you can get offers so we got 50% off mains. We went on a Thursday at 6pm was very busy but service was quick and didn't take long for food to arrive which is great. Music very loud so had to shout as was everyone else in order to hear what each other was saying. Great for families. Portions were not the biggest but were very adequate. Would visit again but probably before 5.30pm to take advantage of their set menu

Very good service and fairly priced. Had a screening at the very close Cineworld and with only One Hour to spare we were seated, had two rounds of drinks and a main meal with time to spare. Been to the chain many times before and this was a very efficient restaurant!

Very good service however food was very average, quite greasy but good for somewhere to eat and have a drink.
