Friendly and professional service.
I ran out of a particular colour of 12x12 card for a current project and came across The Mad Scrapper when searching online for stock. I loved the fact that I could purchase single sheets of card. My order arrived 2 days later, which I am so impressed with, and the card was beautifully packaged I was prepared for it to be slightly damaged in the post but it was in perfect condition. Thank you for saving my crafting project and for the excellent service!

Online ordering service is fantastic - items are well packaged and dispatched quickly. Yesterday I visited the shop in person - and was not disappointed. So many wonderful products on display, it was hard to contain myself! I liked the fact you can wander and browse on your own, but there is someone on hand to assist if needed. Would highly recommend a visit.
First time I have used this store on line and it certainly won't be the last. Received my scrapbook papers today great service and packaged so well. I don't live that far away from the store so will definitely be visiting I just hope my bank account can take the visit. Thank you so much
