Might be good at what he does but needs to adapt his 'style' of customer interaction. The gruff, disinterested, slightly grumpy, CBA attitude didn't exactly engage me. He couldn't even be bothered to stand up to talk, just sat there. Voted with my feet, ought 2 bikes from a bike shop in Dunbar instead. His loss.
I dropped my bike in late morning today, Mike had a new gear cable fitted in double quick time. Great business.
Loads of essential kit considering the size of the shop. Really friendly owner, had a nice chat, he's been working his socks off in lockdown. Only popped in for a bottle cage!
