The Mac Factory videos were all over Instagram as the new hot spot to try, so when I visited London I knew I had to test it out. I don’t remember what kind of Mac n cheese I ordered but we all ordered different flavors and they all tasted delicious.

Because of COVID and London was under Tier 4 Lockdown I was surprised to see it opened. They've went back to one of the shack sized booths which would have been the smarter choice. I had the nostalgic classic and Over all was a good treat for my craving.

I had the Mambo Italiano. The cheese sauce is the star - garlicky, gooey, and stretchy. On their own, the mushrooms and prosciutto are not special, but they do complement the rest well. Its a medium sized tub of pasta just three quarters the capacity of a coke can. Its all I needed to remain full for a few hours.

Pasta+cheese=boring Mac&Cheese from The Mac Factory=HEAVEN Such a tasty Mac and cheese we didn’t have even in US. Let’s try new ways how to eat pasta;

The Super Mario from here is without a doubt the most delicious food I have ever eaten in my life, I cannot quite put into words how delicious this is. It pains me that it’s so unhealthy and therefore that I cannot eat it every day, but it’s worth the shortening of my life span to have this as a treat from time to time.

Tasty mac and cheese. The pesto and sundried tomato works really well and the crispy topping was perfect.

Mac factory knows their macs!  Seriously good mac and cheese.

This cozy little stall is located in the nice Camden market of London. The mac and cheese is delicious, ingredients clearly being top-notch. The Nostalgic was great by itself - although, if you're tired of classic mac and cheese, the intriguing seasonings, such as chorizo and chili, won't leave you unsatisfied.
