Worst customer service ever. They are so rude on the phone. Leave you wait forever on the phone no matter when you call them couse they are just too busy to help you. Furthermore, I changed house and I notified them that I will ne longer live there, after 2 months because the current tenant did not pay the council tax, they billed me taking the money from my account without any notice. I have changed few boroughs ghs now, but the service I got from lewisham borough council tax is the worst experience ever.

Very prompt with paying my housing benefit and exempting my dwelling on Spazz grounds. At least you care about your residents. LB Bromley (when I lived the Bromley end of Lawrie Park Road) are absolute pieces of poo.

No one is at desk any service you choose it goes on automated call saying this service is online

3days back i have requested call back no body called me back
They have not collected rubbish from last two weeks
