Had an eyebrow treatment. Uneven eyebrows dye left everywhere and it cost £20! Complained to the salon and they’ve just ignored me. Don’t spend your money here totally unprofessional.

Booked for individual eyelash extensions which should’ve been for 1&1/2 hours. After 15 minutes of being stabbed in the eye she said she was done, I couldn’t believe it but I was a bit bleary eyed due to the glue and just wanted to get out as soon as possible. I’ve got home and looked at them properly and they are awful :( They are not individual, instead my own are glued together with a false one attached so look really clumpy. Those that aren’t sealed all the way up you can see the glue is only at the bottom of my own lashes which are poking out and as they weren’t dyed are obviously now black. I should’ve realised when she didn’t even remove my mascara or clean my eye area first. I am so disappointed.

Had hair done.by holly amazing love it!! Been long time since finding a hairdresser I like, she listens and gives great tips on looking after and styling your hair! Used a groupon voucher today but will go back and pay full price, they were so accommodating fitting me in between appointments as I was desperate to get it done this morning! Gonna go back try colour next time even gonna try the nail bar! :-)

I had a wash, cut and conditioning treatment with Holly today. It was amazing, she listened to what I wanted, advised and worked some serious magic on my hair. Definitely returning 😀
