The place is lovely, and clean. The room I had my massage in was very very relaxing. The massage was ok, although she did a lot one handed and slowed right down at some points. I felt she was on her mobile but I could be wrong. My massage was also cut down, in the end I think it was 45 minuets rather than an hour. The therapist didn’t talk about the massage after to give me any information and the massage came to a sudden stop. I also wouldn’t visit again.

I went a few months ago after having an ok experience before. But this time I had an awful experience. Late going in, early coming out. The therapist wasted loads of time faffing around. Left the room to have a casual chat with colleague for about 10 minutes which I could hear from the room, which was super unprofessional. The massage wasn’t good. I paid for the hour but in reality, the whole experience was only 20 minutes and everything was rushing and unpleasant instead of relaxing. It’s cheap but ends up feeling very expensive for what you actually get. I won’t be going back...

Purchased the one hour pamper. Decided to go for 30 min massage and 30 min express pedicure. The massage was nice but was disappointed the therapist spent less than 15 minutes actually massaging. Shouldn’t really say it’s a 30 minute treatment!

Went with a friend for back/shoulder massage and manicure. Also had to bring my baby with me. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They offered me a private room for breast feeding and even looked after the baby for a while when mine and my friend's treatments overlapped. It was great to do something for me after 8 months and they really went out of their way to facilitate us.

Lovely staff, the girls are nice. The reception is nice and the type of place you would like a treatment, only to be taken into the side room which is dirty and cramped with stuff - looking a mess. This put a first dampener on it my treatment. I was then asked to sit in a very low chair with my feet in a dirty shallow foot spa and had to hoist my leg up onto the girls knee for her to give my pedicure. At 35 weeks pregnant this is not what i needed, was uncomfortable and definately defeated the object of having a nice relaxing treatment because my back hurt for the rest of the day. Im confused as to why these negatives are even an issue as they are so easy to fix. Id like to return but wouldnt be going back to receive a treatment in the side room. See for yourself as the ladies and reception is lovely its just the room facilities massively let them down.
