Great service at the counter couldn't be more helpful but whoever the engineers are, they are shocking... took my phone in for a chager port repair and ended up with a broken button and needing a new screen, new screens fitted and my task manager touch button doesn't work all together... or it just opens on its on for 5 mins stright then stops, shoddy workmanship for my phone being there a week
