We had a very poor experience. The Little Flower Co arranged our wedding flowers. I requested a surprise bouquet to present to the bride at the end of the speeches. I paid for that bouquet. Instead Little Flower Co gave the bouquet to the bride in the morning as a "complimentary gift". When I later challenged them on this instead of trying to find a solution their priority was to apportion blame. There was of course no hint of an apology. I would not recommend them.

The flowers delivered for my wife were amazing.  I shall have no hesitation in both recommending the shop to others, and of course using them again.
