I needed some underwear to go under a special dress and wasn’t sure what I wanted. I approached a sales lady called Sonia who was amazingly helpful. She interrupted what she was doing and found online exactly what I needed and even ordered it for me.nMany thanks Sonia
The clothing section of this shop is not large, but the food hall is great. A really good selection of lovely food. What makes this store shine, however, is the almost pathological helpfulness of the staff. They are virtually falling over themselves to make sure you can find what you need, and are so friendly and welcoming. A lovely shopping experience.

I love this place, ever since it opened. Half the staff are friendly and helpful and the other half are unapproachable and unhelpful. They do a good selection, but can be pricey. Take a good look for the bargains. Clothes are good but a little high priced, better quality I guess. Good selection of cards for birthdays, anniversaries etc. Easy queuing. Easy pay. Also if you park in their car park and bring in your ticket, you get the money back off your shopping. They have always done this, I hope it continues. Prawns here are absolutely amazing. I use to go in just for them if I was passing! Great arrangement of flowers. Bread section is really good, they have a inshore bakery so rolls and loafs are cooked daily. The smell is amazing. They sell baby clothes and other baby items. Perfumes, candles etc they sell.
