my daughter in law lost her dad this week.i ordered by phone a bright modern basket for a young woman,to send our love and cheer her up.What she got was a basket for an older lady with 2 bulbs and some earth.after complaining they asked for her to return the flowers and they would deliver something more appropriate.(why they could not just pick them up when they dropped the new lot i do not know)..I get a picture of the new flowers and it's FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT!!! can you even imagine how my DIL felt and her mum who was also there? i arrived from kent to see them and i was furious! After another complaint i received a very snotty email telling me i got what i asked for and if my DIL returns the arrangement to the shop AGAIN! i MAY be refunded..Well no,she wont be running down to your shop as she has a hundred things to do for her Fathers funeral etc. Absolutely fuming at this place.it clearly is NOT Lesleys flowers and i am sure they are using images from previous work not done by them. Will make sure nobody we know gives them another penny.They have ruined a lovely sentiment and made my daughter in law even more upset!

I am sorry to say that we were very disappointed with the flowers provided for our wedding. To begin with, the button holes for the mothers were not delivered, which meant one of the ushers had to give his button hole to the mother of the bride. When we contacted the owner to make them aware, we were told in quite a dismissive way that there was nothing they could do as they were in Cornwall. Not ideal on our wedding day when we wanted everything to run smoothly. We then spoke to one of the staff, who said there was nothing on the list about button holes for mothers - which we couldn't check at the time. However, we have since looked at the invoice they sent us and stated under button holes it clearly read Mothers x 2. For the grooms button hole we asked for a succulent and provided a picture of the exact type that we wanted, only to find that it was something completely different which looked like a basic house plant and did not reflect the images we provided them. If we'd been made aware that they were unable to provide what we wanted we would have chosen an alternative button hole. The plant that was delivered was also wilted and dying. The bridesmaids hydrangeas were also in a sorry state, they all had browning petals, were uneven shapes and were really droopy. The table arrangement flowers had similar problems - some were falling out of their vases because they weren't pushed into the oasis deeply enough. Throughout the day we overheard several of the guests commenting that the flowers all looked as if they were dying which gave off the impression that we must have cut costs in this area. The quote we received from Lesley's flower shop was considerably higher than the other florists we spoke to and was outside of our budget. We decided to cut back in other areas in order to get the perfect flower set up as we were hoping they would really set the mood for the day. We assumed that as they were so much more expensive that the flowers would reflect this. Unfortunately the general feel was that the flowers were not of a high quality and not at all what we expected on our wedding day. I'm not normally one to complain, but this had a huge negative impact for me on an otherwise amazing day. We contacted the company after the wedding to ask if anything could be done by way of compensation and were told this would not be possible.

I loved your flowers at a wedding i went to recently in Taunton. They were amazing and the Bride was giving them away the next day, so i took some home with me.
