Beautifully presented food. Top quality ingredients. Varied wine list. Amazingly elegant service. This night was an experience, so much more than just a meal. Highly recommend getting a coffee!

Outstanding in every way. The restaurant, the atmosphere, the service and everything about the experience was excellent. But, most importantly, every bite, of every plate of food was absolutely incredible!

One of the best restaurants in Brighton (Hove actually). A set menu focusing on locally sourced fish served in a small and intimate setting. Good wine list and not too expensive. Friendly informal service. Have been there 3 times now with the last visit involving a bespoke family occasion where three generations took over the entire venue.

Simply one of the best meals I've ever had. Incredible seafood and service with an excellent wine list.

Absolutely amazing food: everything is so fresh and served to you at the perfect pace. While expensive, it's worth it not only for the food but the dining experience. I loved that everyone wants the same food (there is one set menu only) as it took the bother out of thinking about what to eat and you could enjoy being in the company of others. Truly a unique dining experience, I would recommend for any true foodie.
