Found this pub online during a long drive home. Took a chance on it...best chance I've ever taken...all staff were very friendly, food was out of this world, very reasonably priced, service was quick and entire pub was very clean. Couldn't find a single fault!!! A true hidden gem. Have recommended to friends and family already. Also perfect for vegetarians with a page long veggie menu. Thanks to all at The Limes for a fantastic visit.

I’m heavily pregnant might not look it but I’m due in 9 weeks. My sister invited me to the Christmas party it was 16/12/17. Ordered some food what I was looking forward to all day, I got hunters chicken with potatoes and it was the horriblest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth the chicken wasn’t Evan cooked and the potatoes was hard basically it was like raw chicken with slapped thick horrible bacon and some horrible sauce never again didn’t Evan eat it!! Women came out to collect it and she said are you ok because you’ve not eat it I said It was horrible and not Evan cooked. She got me a refund thank god!! Before we was leaving I was firsty thought I’ll get a drink was literally waiting there for 15 mins still didn’t get served so I walked of and I was the only person at the bar what a joke of a place. I would definitely not recommend this place horrible slow staff horrible food just a horrible place. And to top it of when my sister dropped me of home my boyfriend went McDonald’s for me because I was still hungry and have a hungry baby feed, joke of a place

I've enjoyed several delicious meals over the last few months but my meal was very poor last weekend. Previously great chips but not at all nice chips now.
