Bought the Dimitri Non Electric Clear Glass Shade for my kitchen. Beautiful item and very well packaged to prevent breakage. Kept up to date by email and great courier service. Easy to use website and found exactly what I was looking for. Straightforward ordering process and I was kept fully informed by email throughout. The product was sensibly packaged and  the lights themselves are good quality and were a doddle to fit. This is how internet shopping should be, I would certainly use again.

I ordered a couple of outside lights which arrived promptly. There was a small scratch on one light but the Lighting Superstore exchanged the light without a problem. The service was excellent throughout. I would certainly recommend them!

Excellent service from the Lighting Superstore, very quick delivery and just one light that wasn't "quite right" - they are sending me a refund for it - all the rest were superb and much much cheaper than elsewhere.  A small word of advice though....you could jog peoples' memory to get bulbs - I had to phone back because I didn't realise that all the lights would arrive bulbless and that you also sell bulbs!   Seems a little "duh" moment on your part to me.

It promised to be a good experience, but after ordering things went downhill.  The website gave the impression it was in stock and would be delivered within days. It was weeks as I think it had to first come from Italy. When the light arrived it was not as described. On the website and in the packing description it said it was a light fitting with an outer steel frame, which is one of the things that attracted me to the light. In fact it was all plastic. I emailed customer services to suggest they offer me a discount (or return the goods). They ignored my suggestion of a discount, and in the end I kept the item because I couldn't wait another few weeks for an alternative. I did email them again but they didn't even bother to reply. Poor experience in my opinion and I will not be using them again, which is their loss as we're totally remodelling the house and reckon we're looking at around £3K of lighting fittings over the next 12 months.
