Terrible customer service! Wouldn’t even give it one star to be honest. Was told pretty much as soon as I entered the shop that they d have nothing in my size even though I’m only a fairly normal 34G- nothing unusual! The lady said I wasn’t allowed to try anything on unless I paid 5 pound first for her to measure me. Already been measured elsewhere and know my size and just wanted to try some bras on quietly to be honest. She then couldn’t be bothered to go snd see if there were any non wired bras in my size so I’m unsure as to what the choice was like as it was all in a jumble in the shop anyway. Could barely push a pram through it and everything was quite messy and not well presented either. Definitely don’t see how they can say there is wheelchair access! Extremely rude person- not suprising the shop always seems empty when I go past every day! Rather go to bravissimo or perfect fit in keynsham- far better choices there and staff are polite and helpful not like the rude lady in here- avoid like the plague!
Definitely money laundering, been talking about it for a while now with my mate and we are certain they shouldn’t be open because of the fact we’ve never seen them have a customer theory solved
