What's not to like about a Wetherspoon. We had good food and pitchers of cocktails. The only downside is that it's a teen haven hence the 4 star
Pleasant staff. The vegan breakfast serving is a decent portion. Two vegan sausages, hashbrowns, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast and baked beans.
Supposedly one of the pubs currently up for sale by Wetherspoons although you would never know. Nice little place by Wetherspoons standards. Clean and tidy with a reasonable and pleasant crowd. The all day brunch was lovely as was the Guinness. I'm sure it will be missed by the locals.
Good variety of drinks, friendly staff but please DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FOOD. On two occasions of eating here items were not on the plate but we're advertised on the menu. Very disappointing. Would come back for drinks only.
Great value. Anazing bar staff. Sadly, it was spoilt by one very loud customer, who is very angry and always shouting. And swearing. Goes by the sudo of Tone the moan. Sadly, He pretty much lives in the pub, being there 7 days a week. Great selection of beers, good atmosphere with the exception already mentioned.
I visit here every week for the Steak Club on Tuesday. Today I paid £11.60 and the staff always ask every week what alcoholic drink do you want? Today the blonde bar Lady did not just took my cash. I returned to show the menu that a drink was included and was informed it was now too late so impossible on the till and all my fault! This is unexpected and I have paid for something I don’t have. Tuesday 17th January 5.30p.m.

Food is nice atmosphere very good the drinks for a great price and I'll come back I'd recommend this to anyone
Great service, even at 8am on a Sunday; they do a lovely cooked breakfast. Nice atmosphere during the early afternoon with an excellent selection of beers on tap. Other pubs in the area do not seem to offer anything close to the range of pints available. Full marks once again to JDW
previous visits have been excellent but today no fresh eggs but still sold ham egg and chips and more than half an hour wait for food. very disdappointingfood
