When booking for a table, I paid my £100 deposit and i got told i would get an email to confirm that the booking went through. I chased and chased this email and still nothing came through. Due to an unfortunate event i had to cancel my table, I cancelled my table and found out the deposit was non - refundable - still no confirmation email received. At the time of the cancellation i then got informed that they do not send out confirmation emails, the confirmation is your bank statement. I have since been to citizens advice and they have informed me i should have received an email due to the table being booked over the phone and to show that i had paid for a deposit not a pre-payment. I should have also received something in writing about the cancellation policy. Nu bar did not seem to be interested in this what so ever.

The last reviewer is right. The service is awful and the security does racial color profiling. Strange in this day and age. Absolutely not recommended waste of money place!!!
