The service was brilliant, another fault I’d forgotten meant I had to return it again, but no rush as had to aquire another phone while abroad. I will recommend and use again.
Dont even deserve a star such a rude way to act sticking up his middle finger because I went to pick up the laptop he has not repaired on time and wanting money for the part he ordered which has not even come yet! Seriously not on! There was no reason to act like that to anyone let alone a customer!
Very good only disappointing thing was that when I went to the shop to collect my repaired laptop at 9am it was still closed and at 9:20am when I left I tried to contact the shop to see if they were opening but no joy had to return later. Happy with the repair though which was the main thing
Great service received when I/my sister took my laptop screen for repairs. Friendly staff who did a fantastic job on my laptop at a fair price and in a timely manner- would definitely recommend and use again.
Extremely angry with the service provided this person had my phone for 4 days sad it needed a new battery and would be ready in three days. No phone call on day three, called the shop to be told battery hadn’t been delivered and would be ready the next day. No phone call again, called shop and was asked to bring my charger in as battery isn’t charging what tech company doesnt own a charger.? went to shop with my charger and was told that it was useless, he didn’t know what was wrong with it. Hadn’t plugged it into a computer to investigate. Left with my phone still not fixed. Didn’t even put my phone back together, handed me the screws for the phone in a bubble wrap package. Do not trust this place with your phone. If I could give zero stars i would. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!
Great work from Will at Wallisdown. Galaxy repair completed to time and to original estimate.
Very efficient. Dealt with Mobile. Although they could not fix it ! Would go back if needed. And a plus is No charge if they can't fix it.
