I purchased a watch from their website, the payment was processed immediately and I was contacted the following day for confirmation of the dispatch address. After that, silence. Since then I have received just automatic messages saying that the shipping was supposed to take 7 to 10 working days to cover 500 miles within UK. Like most of the unhappy people here I wrote them -twice- to ask update about the shipping but they never replied. It´s not even clear if they actually had the watch when they sold it, or they restock and resell only after an order is placed. To date I don't know where is the item I bought, if it was out of stock, if it's still in their warehouse or it has been dispatched. I remain confident only because other people here wrote that after a long wait they finally received their items. However it seems that those were not unexpected accidents, this is exactly their standard business model. Not transparent at all, wouldn't recommend. Update @ 24/03/2018: After 45 days I was finally told that they don't have the item and they cannot predict when it will be available... I deleted the order and asked my money back. At least the refund was smooth and quick.
Tech smart wear = not so smart wear! Like others I ordered a watch 21 days ago and nothing has arrived, as I was informed that it would take 10 working days. My advice pay the extra and buy off a reputable website or direct off the manufacturer least it will arrive. I have informed my bank to chase the company to get the money back. If not I will take the company to the small claims court in the UK. Update! After they responded back to me, acknowledging there was a problem with the delivery service. Two weeks later the watch has still not arrived. Is difficult to deliver a small package from Poole to Warwick! Contacted my bank as brought the watch on credit card, if the watch never arrives I will take the company to the small claims court.
Absolutely terrible company. I had purchased a number of items from them and not cheap items either. Following a delay in my order being processed I have waited more than 10 working days on the item arriving from their fulfilment centre this must be up in the international space station due to the length of time on delivery. I have sent several messages and emails requesting clarity on where my item is as I needed this for a present. I kept getting the same responses that I would get a tracking order in 48 to 24 hours before package was arriving still nothing. Do not use this company if like me you can’t afford to give money away. I asked for a refund as no delivery and was told I could get a refund when my items arrived and sent back to them that’s a laugh. They also have a policy of no refunds following 30 days past purchase. Does that include the time you have to wait on the thing being delivered. I had seen the negative reviews and like most people thought it was just people complaining for the sake of it. How wrong was I. These were genuine reviews. So think twice before placing any orders.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for a Garmin watch, in February of LAST YEAR. Here I am, almost a full year later, with no refund and no watch. They accepted my money and my order, within minutes. Claimed that there were delays in shipping, on their end. I then asked that they cancel my order, which they did, within an hour. Over the next couple weeks, I kept an eye out for my refund but it never came. I then reached out to them, asking about it. They claimed that I had to ask them for it and that it wasn’t automatically given. I provided all of the requested information 4 time since this but the refund never came. No responses back via email, no explanation and no progress.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ordered a Forerunner only to get an email saying they are out of stock and will take a further 10 days which was absolutely no problem with me. After that period of time, i had not heard anything, my emails were being ignored. Finally got a single response saying it will be a further 10 days. That came and went, ended up waiting 8 weeks, still no watch. After waiting that amount of time, all emails were being ignored, asked for a refund which they finally agreed to. It has now been 2-3 weeks and still no refund and all communications are being ignored. Unsure whether i will even get my money back. Do not order from them, this is a genuine review and its not worth all that hassle that comes with it. I would pay the extra money and get the products directly from garmin
I ordered my Garmin Watch order 1590 on 27 February 2018 and after 5 months have still not received my watch. Techsmartwear rarely return an email and based on reviews do not care for their customers. On 4 July was promised that another watch will be sent, however do not know whether this was a way of shutting me up for a few weeks. I will update the review if this is received. Further investigation into the company and its owner is worth reviewing before a purchase. Customer reviews are consistent, Garmin watches don't get delivered and refunds are not being paid. I truly believe that I will never receive my watch or receive a refund.
I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 735xt on the 29th January Order #3196. The money was taken from my account and I was notified of delays to orders. No problem I thought, however after almost 2 months, lots of chases and only 2 or 3 updates later I still had no watch and no delivery date! I chose to cancel the order thinking I'd be able to buy the watch elsewhere and put it down to a bad experience. I had a confirmation email cancelling the order 21st March with no apology for inconvenience or date I would have the refund. It is now 9th April and still NO refund!! I chased on 4th April and have been ignored!. I have NO Watch and NO refund to buy a replacement and am appalled at the service from this company. If I hadn't read some positive reviews I would have thought I'd been scammed! I wouldn't use this company ever again no matter how cheap the products are. @Techsmartwear - If you are reading this review, please refund my money! Okay, Its been nearly 3 months since I paid my money for the watch mentioned above. I've received an email 11 days ago stating that a refund has been made. I Still have no refund in my bank and after chasing by email again As there is no means to call these people I am still without a watch or refund. 3 months is completely unacceptable and although the response to my above review states "please keep liasing with the team".. a person has only contacted me 4 times MAX by email in 3 months! My latest chase was 5 days ago.... still no reply. This company is awful, I'm highly doubtful I'll get my money back.. has anyone else actually received their watch or a refund?
I ordered my watch on the 25th March, when the money was taken from my account, but 19 days later I have still not received it and I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I have written a number of e-mails asking why I have not received my order and have requested a refund, but not received any response. Communication is key to customer service and there is nothing apart from generic e-mails telling you your order is being processed. I just want a refund now so I can purchase this watch somewhere else - it is outrageous that so much money can be taken from your account when the goods are not delivered.
I ordered a watch 3 weeks ago to Ireland. Money taken immediately from account but still no product. I have to email constantly and I have been told it's an issue with battery's at customs!! I have now asked for a refund. Very poor service. I feel scammed. Do no order from this website.
Do not use this company! I have spent $200 AUD and have received two emails saying the item is stuck in customs. Then when they state they will refund you, suddenly you cannot contact them by any means. What should be simple is an absolute scam and disaster. Do not get lured by their nice website and good prices. Update: I received an email immediately after this review saying I need to contact the sales team about my issue. Which I had 5 times at this point. It questioned whether I wanted them to "resend" the Urbanista headphones. Yes I do and please send me a receipt that it has been shipped. Again no reply. Amazing service. If I receive this parcel it will be a miracle
