I had a terrible experience in this hospital. My mother died in there last year. The staff were cold and my mother said they were very unfriendly in her last few weeks. Although, we were told she felt this way due to her medication, the staff were unfriendly to us as well. The family complained a few times, but no one seemed to care, and nothing was done. Horrible experience of my mothers last few weeks, I hope I never have to go back again.

I came for a PrEP appointment, and my experience was very positive. Nurse Leila was totally amazing, supportive, respectful... she made me feel at ease at all times. This is a safe space where you you won't be judged. I can't express how thankful I am. Thank you again nurse Leila !

Bad experience here for my maternal grandmother's final days. Staff caring for a dying woman were uncaring, unhelpful and impatient. Had an all round awful experience here.

I had a very good experience of the Knoll as a patient. They took care of me very well, and cured me as best they could.nThey couldn't work miracles for me, but every hospital has that problem!
