We are a local psychology centre located in the Scottish Borders town of Galashiels. We offer counselling, cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, couples and relationship counselling, EMDR therapy and coaching to individuals and couples.
A friendly psychology centre offering a range of therapies including: counselling, psychotherapy, CBT - cognitive behaviour therapy, couples counselling, relationship counselling, EMDR for trauma, and coaching. Our highly skilled therapists are all experienced in helping clients with a range of issues including anxiety, low-mood and depression, phobias, anger management, trauma, eating disorders, abuse, relationship difficulties, bereavement and many many more issues.
