Fabulous pub - range of beers & ciders. The food here is from the Deadwingers gang and it's fantastic - yummy We had SPB Wings & Fries Combo deal, Buffalo wing with Blue Cheese and then had to try the Cauliflower Wings with Buffalo & Blue Cheese. Absolutely delicious seriously good. This is a proper pub with board games, beer and food from DeadWingers - what's not too like.
Lovely local pub, live music, wonderful staff, could do with re-jigging the furniture around a bit maybe, seems like a bit of a sea of chairs and giant tables that take up loads of space? Please get some little sofas
Welcoming venue, friendly staff who answered questions on media promptly. Good ale selection but was there for the live music @Henry Slim & Friends - awesome!. Intimate but not cramped environment adding to the charm. Loved it!
Can’t fault it. Nice little pub with lovely secluded beer garden. Nice spot to relax in the summer. Even gave me a free non alcoholic drink!!
Best pub ever! Really cozy place, excellent staff, great food, super management and great bands and other events throughout the week, including sport! HIGHLY recommended!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here tonight. Friendly bar staff, open fire good beers. Will be visiting again.
One real ale, perhaps 2 if it wasn't the end of the barrel. Quite pricey. Saturday early evening and dead. Dinning room table and chairs through out bit uncomfortable if in for the night. But lot of classic features and sure when gets going got warmth. Would defo visit again.
Received some really friendly service yesterday. Will be back to try some of their food soon :
