2nd visit today didnt order the ultimate grill this time, didnt the first time either, lol.. but we had one placed on the table in error as it was mistaken order, it is more of a meal for 10, the staff Tania are great advocates of the business, go out of their way to try and make sure you enjoy the meal/time spent. Will visit again.  Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and staff are kid friendly.  Parking: Easy parking  Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into or out of building  Dietary restrictions: Staff ask of you need anything and happy to point out available options.

Friendly welcoming staff. Unfortunate shortage of ribs at the time and unwilling to serve any meal with ribs as part of the meal. Small portion size. Tasty food however. Usual all you can eat salad made up for it. Bargain with 50% off mains voucher tho. Always a fan of a Harvester.Food: 4/5

Went for breakfast after Parkrun and was really impressed with the menu and quality of food.  The service and friendly staff were amazing.  Will definitely be back when on the area.

As soon as we have arrived we had to wait for meet n greet person for 10 min and then as soon as we had our table we have waited for 2 mains fish n chips and rack of ribs for 55 min which is absolutely unacceptable. When I went there to find out they came with a silly excuse: “if you have ordered starters then as soon as starters been served to table then we start to prepare food after that” which doesn’t make any sense as everyone else was served on time and there was half empty and bot busy at all. Unsatisfactory.

Our group was delighted with the welcoming friendly atmosphere.  Table set really nicely for Christmas. Excellent service, plenty of good, tasty seasonal food.  Plates could have done with being heated though.  This was more than made up for with the friendliness, helpfulness and good humour of two wonderful waitresses and the Manager. A definite 9 out of 10 score for making our Christmas get together lunch most enjoyable and at a very good price. I would certainly recommend the King's Head, Frimley Green.  Kid-friendliness: See how pleased were with Manager and waiting staff above.  Cheerful, helpful and organised for our party of eight.  Parking: Good size parking bays and plenty of room to manoeuvre.

Our Server Helen was amazing from start to finish. She had many large tables to take care of but was patient and understanding with my two young daughters. Cheering my 4 year old on for eating her dinner. Talking to my 1 year old who loved her attention. She made our dining out experience and amazing one. We cannot begin to thank her enough. She truly is the best server I've ever had. I will be coming back again purely for her service.

I recently ate dinner here as a last minute walk-in.  Staff were really friendly and food was exactly what you would expect from a Harvester - my steak was perfectly cooked.  Unfortunately I received a parking fine after my visit.  I called the manager Dominic who could not have been more helpful in helping me sort this out.  I will definitely be back and thank you so much Dominic - I'm so grateful! :

We managed to get a quick booking and had Autumn as our waitress. She was lovely, as was all of the staff during our meal. There were smiles all around. The food was lovely and warm and cooked beautifully as well as came out nice and on time. Overall, 5/5 stars :

Totally unedible from start to finish. Insanely burnt starters, stone cold and late mains with very poor salad.  Main courses took over an hour and it wasn’t busy. Both my steak and my wife’s chicken stone cold, we sent them back and 10 mins later my replacement arrived, warm steak, cold chips, cold mushrooms, cold peas. Promises of my wife’s replacement chicken kept coming, in the end we gave up and said we didn’t want it. This on top of tired old salad, dirty windows, dirty radiators and our starter potatoes skins which were burnt to a crisp with cheese but no bacon bits, which were promised.  Nice enough people. Same harvester menu.  I am sure they will have an excuse but it doesn’t matter, 100% we won’t be going back.  In all the years we have used the harvester in west byfleet we have never experienced this.
