Professional, clean surgery with a caring, compassionate staff. Sometimes hard to get an appointment or even to get through on the phone at peak times.

Very disappointing. I have a long term illness therefore I have a repeat prescription I have to collect once every month. Only this time when I went to collect my medication yesterday I was told it had been rejected (baring in mind this was the day I had to take my medication) nobody could tell me who rejected it and for what reason. The young lady actually said to me " will you be ok?" to wich I had to reply "well I will have to be" I then had to speak to somebody else to tell them to get my doctor to ring me first thing the next morning. But Its the next day and I have still not had a phone call. So I ring the doctors and explain whats happened to wich the receptionist replies with "your medication should not have been rejected. I will write you a new prescription and you can come collect it later on today" so a few hours later I go to the doctors again to pick up my prescription (i was soposed to take yesterday) and I am then told that it wont be ready today and hopefully can come back again tomorrow and collect it.I want to make it clear that with my illness its very important for me to take my medication on time. Im currently still waiting for a phone call to know whats going on!
