Story

We are a GP practice providing medical services within the private sector. We have extensive experience of treating individuals and families and see patients who require medical advice during the course of a working day.

Our objective is to support you in a caring, compassionate and joined-up way, treating both acute medical problems and managing on-going health complaints. We take a special interest in preventative healthcare.

We have used this practice for a long time. I am shocked to read the content of some of the negative reviews. I would not base my choices on the unreliable advice of angry, seemingly vengeful individuals. You are not advising other patients about your experience of this practice, you are simply venting your anger and trying to get revenge for not being able to have what *you* wanted. It is right and proper that you don't get anything that is against medical advice. Just because you're being seen privately does not mean you can buy your way to antibiotics or a diagnosis. I just cannot believe the reviews are referring to the same practice. This practice is in another league compared with my NHS practice, and we are happy to pay for the high standard on offer. Every doctor and nurse I have seen has given an outstanding holistic service. The waiting area, the admin staff, everyone I have encountered has been wonderful. Our experience of Dr Schnack and Dr Gibson has been extremely positive, we had seen a number of other mental health professionals, they succeeded where others did not.

My family is always seen on time and has received high quality care from all of the GPs we have seen. Dr Schnack has also been wonderful! I love the online booking option and the ability to get a same day appointment. Highly recommend, especially for people like myself who don't have access to the NHS.

Absolutely disgraceful. I saw the psychologist there. They asked me for information regarding the patient (an adult) so I sent them info. Without saying anything to me the practice sent all the info I said to the patient which has since caused a massive shitstorm. A blatant breach of confidentiality and I will be taking it up with the authorities when I have the time. I then questioned them on this to which their response was 'we have closed the case so can't talk to you anymore'. This was Dr Schnack that I saw.

I have been using this practice for years for my child's immunisations and have never had any problems. Great team of staff, fair price, would highly recommend.
