Very disappointed. I go to see My doctor Miss Merriman today .I explain to herr that i feel pain in my chest and i have green phlegma and when i cough i am scared because today i vomit 2 times .She check my temperature and a little beat my chest from outside .And i ask herr if she want me to open my mout to check inside because the problem is inside in my chest .She smile to me and ironic she tell me that she not gonna do that .Like my problems is a joke .She gave me tablets for vomiting and one paper with rest from work she tell me to stay in my bed and drink lot's of drink .i crying in front of herr when i see she didn't do nothing serious and gave me nothing for my chest I feel like a have infection .Now i am home i crying again because of my chest and i wish to herr to have the same chest problems like me to see what i feel in this moment and how horrible is .Thanks Miss for you ,,good treatment ''some of the doctors are horrible .I hate to go to hospital .

I can never get an appointment and when they say they will call they don't. There's always a problem with my repeat prescriptions and I get differing information depending on who I'm talking to. Serious hospital results are ignored and actions recommended by specialists are not implemented unless I force it. Used to be great ... now not so much.😕Im sure they are feeling the strain as all NHS services are but patient care quality has definitely diminished.

We have had excellent experiences both for our children and though there is sometimes a wait in the mornings to answer the phone I have just phoned on a Thursday for a semi-urgent query and have an appointment for the morning on Saturday - brilliant service!

Doctor was late to work then had the audacity to say she didn't have enough time to go through what I needed help with. Gave me a sheet of paper with some tick boxes and ticked one but didn't explain what I should do with it or what it means.

If you are waiting to get an appointment from this surgery?. Good luck, I have been waiting now more than 8 days and they hardly answer the phone and often I find that the receptionist are rude. I am thinking of moving to another surgery and hope that they may provide better service.
