Had a 100 gallon tank, 5x2x2 delivered, driver helped me with the tank no problems. Aquarium seems really well made with great cover glasses. Set it up now and everything looks great. Would buy again

I went to the Jungle to look at their shop made Gerbil tanks. I saw they had really bad reviews online but I was willing to give them a chance. So I made the long journey there and went inside and....  The glass panels don't sit flush, there's excess silicone and the lid on one or two didn't sit flush. Keep in mind these tanks cost hundreds...  Not only that but I was the only customer within the shop and I spent a good 10 - 15 minutes milling about looking at these expensive tanks yet no one came to me to ask if I needed any sort of assistance.  I decided I wasn't satisfied with the tanks so I went home. Jumped on Amazon and ordered a 200 Litre Aquarium and some Rodent Mesh....I'll just do it myself at this point..

AVOID !! Silicon used too much and carelessly. In straight lines: waves, bulges, streaks. The aquarium cannot be used. It was delivered before the silicone was fully dry. What the manufacturer himself confirms. Not professionally made, very amateurish. Defects cannot be removed at home. The product was made below any aesthetic standards. I was not able to check the quality at the time of delivery as the driver left this aquarium at my front door, asked me to sign that I have received the order, and went away as he was rush. The quality and service is very low.

Had a custom made fish pool for the garden. Waited near 7+ weeks for the pond to arrive . Was tacky and paint still wet on arrival.  The finish was very poor and I sent a message regards this with pictures. This has gone unanswered . The fibreglass is bumpy and very poorly finished . The paint we paid extra for was like a child had painted it. The edges are no better than kindergarden painting session . For something that is going to be on display is beyond belief that they send these out and then ignore you . I would not use if you want a perfect finish and a centre peace of your garden . If you not bothered then crack on . I am disgusted and deeply saddened that I have to source the paint to get this sorted my fish needed there home as they had been in a holding tank for 7 weeks . They had no time to wait any longer. Very poor customer services and ignored emails. I would strongly avoid if you want perfection.

Always helpful, a great range of exotic pets, a lot more fish available now, the improvements have made it so much better. My kids love it when we have to go up for anything regarding our fish. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a 4ft hamster tank minus shelves. We live in the Manchester area and at 6.45pm Lisa and her husband have delivered it so I didn't have to wait another 2wks due to holidays.  You can not ask for better customer service now they have to drive all the way back to Buxton.  The tank is the correct dimensions to the millimeter .... that's proper customer service so thank you so much

I must say that Mike Barber and the team are fantastic! super happy with my two green iguana's, well worth the 115mile road trip, very down to earth and understanding, one of the cleanest reptile shops i have been in outstanding Solection! Keep it up! also must say thanks to the guy at the till for Lending us the tape measure!

Staff were helpful with advice when my other half and son went to purchase some tropical fish. Everything is absolutely right with the tank set up we have sought expert advice prior to purchasing fish and subsequently. We are on day 6 and only have 2 of the 8 fish left alive. One died within an hour of being housed and one per day since. £20 absolutely wasted. I don't want to contact as many have stated here and on other social media platforms that you can face confrontation and I am not currently up for that after being ill. I wish I had read these reviews first!

I have been to most exotic pet shops in Stoke and this one is the best by far. It may not be the biggest but in regards to care and cleanliness they go above and beyond all off the animals are kept in some off the best conditions I’ve ever seen. Especially the Asian water monitor. I brought a few electric blue rams from here a couple off months back and haven’t had any problems.  The place smells clean and there’s always fresh clear water in the reptiles blows unlike In the unconventional menagerie where everything is dirty and the animals bearly look alive. The staff here are excellent and are extremely helpful and polite.
