Piss poor surgery. Just the worst. My wife was suffering from breathing problems due to her asthma condition. She was instructed to call at 1.30pm to book an appointment. After eventually getting through at 1.45pm after calling an engaged tone for 15 minutes, she was offered an appointment the next day. THE NEXT DAY. She couldn't breath properly ffs. She wasn't someone calling for a appointment with a touch of the flu, a cough that's lasted for a few weeks, or a bad back. BREATHING PROBLEMS. Oxygen. The stuff of life. After us making a understandable fuss, they promised to speak to a doctor on our behalf and also promised (and I mean promised) to call my wife back with further advice. Nothing. Then she phoned back a few minutes before doctor's closing time, to be told they were just too busy to get back to her. Let me make this clear. They were fully aware of the severity of the condition. And I repeat, this wasn't some minor ailment. Breathing problems and dizziness. The worst part? They then advised her 'oh look, 111 has come online now. Give them a call. Bye.' We ended up having to go to A&E to advert a full on asthma attack. You know, the kind that under the wrong circumstances can kill. Absolutely disgusting. We'll be making an official complaint to the practice.

Lovely doctors and nice clean surgery, however I recommend you take a sleeping bag as you might be there a while, haha! limited time slots and once you have dealt with the judgemental receptionists it's a good experience.

Good doctors have only heard good things about them sadly not my surgery it am looking to transfer here the surgery is fully wheelchair accessible the staff are friendly and helpful you. Can usually get a same day appointments either by ringing morning or lunchtime what more can you ask

Although you can wait sometime to get an appointment with your choice of doctor, you can nearly always get an appointment the same day with any doctor if urgent. I'd have had amazing care by this surgery, in particular with Dr Navale and Dr Lui. Always take time to listen.

Had a few problems at this surgery, the first being one of the doctors telling myself that I wasn't on a certain type of medication and she couldn't do me a repeat prescription, even though I've been taking this medicine for my asthma for a year now. I then booked an appointment to get my stitches taken out, the receptionist confirmed my appointment, I turned up and they then told me my appointment was at rayleigh, not in Hockley like they had previously told me. A lot of confusion and a very bad system they've got going on. I've changed doctors now because it's too much hassle!!!
