My mum and I love Sue and her team :) great service, completely tailored to your need, and you feel cared about. We've had various treatments between the two of us, but personally I've had laser hair removal using the soprano ice, and consultations for problematic skin. Results on my skin have been absolutely excellent and will continue to use them in future. Still going through the laser, but it's completely pain free with the soprano and easy to forget why you are sat there :)

I was extremely pleased with the treatment and service that I received from Elan Medical Skin Clinic last week. The staff were very professional and welcoming. I received all the appropriate care information needed both prior and after my procedure. I would happily recommend this clinic to others.

I have never received anything but the very best of treatment and attention from Sue and her team at Elan. Sue is a very caring, skilled and highly professional nurse. I first went to her clinic in Rayleigh some time ago after my previous practitioner retired and she came most highly recommended... I have not been disappointed and have now used a variety of treatments. I've always been very satisfied and always impressed with how Sue always goes that extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction.

I have just had a treatment at Elan Medical Skin Clinic and I have to say, the service I received whilst there was top notch - I'm not even sure I could fault it! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist and was offered a seat and a hot/cold drink of my choice (not something you get from most clinics I've been to!). I was extremely nervous going in (as I have never had any kind of skin procedure before) but Sue, the practitioner I saw, was extremely comforting and talked me through the list of treatments available to me - answering my many questions I had with patience and clarity, even though I do have a habit of repeating myself a bit. As I felt at ease after the consultation, I decided to go ahead with the treatment - and wow, am I glad I did. The procedure itself went extremely smoothly and my skin is already seeing an improvement and its only been 48 hours! Thank you Sue and the team at Elan, you will certainly be seeing me again!

I have been using DermaActive shampoo for about three months now and my scalp is no longer itchy. Even more surprising is that I don’t have to use conditioner after every wash either. Previously, I would try a new shampoo and my scalp would be ok for a few weeks. I’d think, ‘yes, I’ve finally found the shampoo for me’ but then the itching would start and I would have to stop using that product. I have a collection of half used shampoos in my bathroom! The DermaActive shampoo and body wash costs £29.50 but it’s well worth the extra – and I’m saving money with not having to buy conditioner so often. I used to think that unless my hair squeaked when I rinsed the shampoo away then it wasn’t clean. I now know that this squeaking is caused by the chemicals added to shampoo and it’s these chemicals that make my scalp itchy and uncomfortable. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone who suffers from a dry and itchy scalp. What a great product – now I really have found the shampoo for me!
