The hotel has been renovated and we asked for one of those new rooms. The room does look considerably upgraded e.g TV now looks like it belongs in this century. The overall look of the hotel is much improved. The staff are attentive and keen to please. A few minus points though; the room was way too hot and centrally controlled, the breakfast was nowhere near as good as previous stays (buffet style as opposed to freshly cooked and served), and bar measures on spirits were definitely a little light. Still a good choice for a short break overall just a few small things need attention.

Love this hotel. We got married her, foot was fantastic and couldn't fault the staff. Regularly eat here and never disappointed. Spa is great and gym and pool have everything you need. Great hotel.

A beautiful hotel ... staff were so friendly. Food was amazing. Aisling was my spa technician and she was fabulous very friendly and I left her feeling great.

Don't park your vehicle there , it's not a safe place no security or security barriers.  Hotel needs a good facelift , staff are very helpful and polite . The spa is dated and again a good lick of paint . No amenities nearby

Experience wise can not complain. Stayed over on two occasions and the rooms were good size, clean and modern. Staff are attentive and pleasant. Foodwise I have called in on other times when passing. So take that as endorsement. Only real comment is that its always very quiet. Little too quiet if you know what  I  mean. This may suit some people.
