I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at Tessa Stephen in Enfield. I arrived at the salon to be told that there was no one available to do my treatment as they made an error and Tessa who was meant to do my treatment went to her other salon  I had to book today off from work and pay parking so thank you for a lovely day as now I have made a loss off earning . I’m sure if I did not turn up you would have made me to pay you ???

Staff are very friendly and professional. I've been going for many years - it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The facials are fantastic and the massages are the ultimate pampering experience.
