I have just left this 'spa' in tears the owners daughter is a disgrace! 

I'm 26  weeks pregnant and had booked myself in for a facial as they were offering 30% off. During my facial she asked me if I would like a massage having been to the spa before I knew this was part of the treatment while the mask is drying.  When it came to paying for the treatment she tried to charge me an extra £30 for this massage I explained that this had not been clear to me  that this would cost extra and was only about 10 minutes worth. my treatment was only an hour and we had not got over that time so wasn't sure what had warranted the extra money she then became very aggressive and told me I was trying not to pay for a treatment I had had,  there was another customer in the waiting room and I was mortified.  I asked if I could use the bathroom to try to compose myself but when I came out I heard her moaning about me to another staff member at which point  I was furious at how unprofessional she was behaving I explained that I was happy to pay for my treatment I had as it had been a nice experience but that I wasn't prepared to pay for the 10 minute massage she again was extremely rude  and told the beautician to "write this on my notes". I felt  extremely embarrassed by the situation she then walked away and left me with one of the other beauticians to pay for the treatment at which point I burst into tears as the whole experience has been extremely stressful.  The other beautician sat me down and gave me a glass of water I was visibly shaken by the whole experience I will never ever ever step foot back into that salon again! 

My final point is that she didn't even ask me to fill out a consultation card or verbally consult with me before she did the facial to find out if there were any skin conditions all in all poor service and poor management

Unfortunately I found the service very unprofessional from the start.  When I walked in the receptionist was on her personal phone, and instead of putting it down to speak to me, she just walked out the door and left me there.  Waited for nearly 20 mins, and no one seemed to know about the booking or what I was having done, then had probably the worst facial I’ve ever had.  Felt like my face was being pummelled.  The flannel wipes they used were totally worn with holes in them, instead of using a lamp and magnifying glass to look closer at my skin, they just turned the lights on in the room, at one point someone  came in to the room and left the door open when they walked out. When the treatment had finished my skin felt drier than when I’d come in.  The prices may be reasonable but you’re better off giving yourself a facial.  I would never go back there.

Do not go here! Ever!
Disgustingly dirty treatment rooms, crusty old towels, the cheapest of the cheap products being used in lash extensions; hard heavy chunks of plastic applied instead of the lashes they show you. I had mine removed hours after they were done as they looked such s mess. Completely uneven on either side. There is no way the “therapist”is qualified! Even after the removal my eyes hurt and were puffy and itchy for days. Who knows what was used to remove them but it was another catastrophe! The “therapist” also answered her mobile phone and continued applying said plastic chunks to my eyes. You can imagine what kind of place this is and the level of professionalism! The customer service is a joke and they have refused to give me my money back after not actually receiving any service from this dump I think it’s only fair!
Honestly I never write reviews; least not bad ones, but this place needs closing down! Highly recommend you never step foot in there unless you would like an infection or allergic reaction! Cheap, nasty, unprofessional, unkind, unqualified and way under par. A shocking place!

This was the first time I've ever visit Spa, not entirely how I expect or imagine what they will be offering. I opted for original spa method, Parenie - Venik Massage. I have to say it was different from other spa but yet I feel truly recharged and my skin looks flawless.

Was recommended via family as they had good experience. I read the online package I wanted and called in to book. Once at the place the reception was good, had a cup of tea, the Jacuzzi and steam room was nice, the massage with hot stones along with facial was lovely. Now here is the issue, online it stated Indian head massage included but this was not given and the excuse was the site needs updating and no longer includes head massage. They really need to sort this out and adjust the prices accordingly as I paid expecting the full package seen online, no discount was given. In that aspect I give it a 2-3 star but the actual massage etc experience I given it 4 stars.
