Place was good. Service was decent. Food was awesome. Could've been bit more lively.Food: 5/5
We were in Dublin from New York and first tried to eat at an Irish pub down the road but they were full. We didn't realize we were about to stumble into a gem. Their drinks are top notch and as a New Yorker, I'll say their pizza was some of the best! They really pay attention to details. We liked this place so much that we returned a week later the night prior to our flight home. You might not think of pizza in Dublin, but maybe you should!
I couldn't read the menu cause it was written too small and the lighting wasn't conducive to read it. I had to use the torch on my phone. The pizza wasn't hot enough and got cold very quickly. It was under cooked, no crust. Good price but the quality of food wasn't great.
Chippers down the road sadly have better chicken, pizza and food in general compared to this place. Drinks were over priced with hardly a hint of alcohol. The only good thing is they have space for larger groups. However, they charge a service charge for larger groups although the service is pretty weak, didn’t take food orders of the whole table, instead went back and forth. Food also wasn’t delivered together. Pretty bad for the price tbh, 2 people 71€ for food and drink and there’s better frozen pizza out there.
Honestly! I'm not a late night bar person. Age I guess. But the jar was fantastic. Ok the music is loud, the drinks were flowing and spilt. But. One of the best nights I've had in the city in a long time. Maybe 49 is the new 29!!! Loved it. Service from top to bottom amazing. Cheers to you all. See you soon.
Nice chill. Went for a team night. Nice food. Great drinks
One of the best bars in town! Atmosphere is 10/10 cocktails are out standing! The manager Daly is a top lad any issues chat to him!
Lovely place for a date. The cocktails are decent to. Only issue was the wings are €10 on the website but €15 on their in house menu
Prefect for group nights out! Super reasonable for drinks and nibbles!! Only thing to fault was the temperature indoors! A little heating or double doors would go a long way!
Great pre-drinks place where you can get the classic Base pizzas and accompany it with a good selection of beers and cocktails. Music is used as background during the day/evening and then they turn it up at around 10.00 when kitchen closes so it becomes more of a social place rather than dinner. Service is a bit slow but staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend the Raspberry Beret signature cocktail if you're into fruity drinks!
