Lovely friendly staff. Food seemed nice and it was busy, but nothing there i liked. Toom was lovely. Carpet in hallway though had seen better days. People coming through the doors to their rooms banged tge doors so loud. Couldn't get hot water in sink working. Breakfast was nice.

Fab accomodation, price and staff. Perfect for a short stay. Also dined in the restaurant, which was also fab. Booking the restaurant recommended as it can get very busy.

Very modern hotel, nicely done up to a high standard. The shower room in room 11 is amazing, I think I'll use some of the ideas in my own bathroom! The food in the restaurant was of exceptional quality and they have a good range of beers and cider; local ones plus the usual lagers. There isn't a lift here, but all the rooms seem to be up only 1 flight of stairs. The only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is because we had the window open all night as it was very hot and we were woken up at 5/6am by the noise of pallets being wheeled across the bumpy concrete outside. There is also a lot of free parking which is a bonus with an overflow carpark around the back. The lake is barely visible from the hotel!

Very Disappointed,Stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day.My car was vandalised (wipers broken off )within the hotel car park.
Hotel response : " parked at your own risk" 
In other words Not a very suitable place to stay.
