Food,service and staff here are excellent. Real value for money.

Proper old style pub with freshly made food. Only had a couple of starters as we were short on time, but the mains looked good. Will be going back.

The food was excellent and was all made from scratch... including the chips that were clearly real potato! The service was friendly and reasonably quick and the atmosphere was proper pub. One criticism I have is that it was a touch cold in there, but I soon forgot about that when my food arrived!

Stopped off for lunch excellent service and food great couldn't fault it lovely little pub

Hard to fault, and if you're looking for pub grub in the area I don't know why you'd go elsewhere! Generous portions and the meat in particular is superb. Good selection of drinks and nice atmosphere. Lovely.
