A lovely shop that stocks lot of stuffs for dog, cats, chicken, horse etc  very helpful staffs.

Fabulous shop! Extremely friendly helpful staff with extensive knowledge of the products stocked. Premium products stocked and clearly a lot of thought has been taken in each item that has been chosen to be within the store. My dog is always welcomed and I think he always gets a hello before me! They have scales to regularly weigh your pet which is a much better experience for my dog than taking him to the vets! Thank you for looking after us and our beloved friends

Great pet shop, amazing selection. We have an XL dog and we found some gear we were able to try on before purchasing and some size appropriate toys too. We were travelling through and found amazing local raw food and some awesome treats too. Service is so lovely, highly recommend.

Staff here are SO helpful. I have a dog who is such a fussy eater and they have been incredibly helpful giving me suggestions. They are also very reasonably priced, I like that they are independent too!

We took our dog to The Hungry Horse to get a new collar as he pulls when walking. The shop assistant was very helpful, and gave good advice.  The harness was a good purchase for our hairy lurcher. Very pleased.

Amazing pet shop, they have a very wide range of products for each animal that they service.  The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been in three times and every time I have been seen by someone. With extensive help in two of my visits.  They encouraged me to bring my dog in to have his collar and coat fitted rather than just buy on measurements. Something that makes the world of difference, as most other shops I have been to either don't allow it or are weird about it.  Couldn't recommend highly enough. Yes the prices on somethings might be a little higher than buying from a supermarket but this is overturned by the variety on offer and personable staff that will actually help with knowledgeable answers.

The staff here are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. They will help you to get your goods to your car. The array of goods is impressive, up to date items for dogs, horses and chickens. The place to go to if you need anything for your pet.

Shocking customer service from one member of staff has tarnished what is normally good service . Purchased this toy and half an hour later it's in bits . We have had many Kong toys lasting years . This is obviously faulty and the said member of staff refused to exchange and told me to take it up with the manufacturer. After explaining I purchased from them not the manufacturer and my contract of purchase was between us she still refused. Some people should not be in retail with that attitude . After logging this with trading standards I have been verified in my view that they should exchange the goods .
