Honestly this shop is the best shop for reptiles! I absolutely love this place. We bought our beardie from them in April and was given so much time and information for her and they set us up ready to go before we left. They said any problems they always help and they really do. I worry a lot about my dragon and if I’m doing it right and I am always messaging them asking questions and they reply so fast and it’s never too much trouble for them! I buy my bugs from them and any accessories and I used there boarding services a week ago and they was incredible with her. I checked in half way through my holiday and they sent me pictures of her so I knew she was okay and she came back to me happy and full of energy. Would never go anywhere else for reptiles or assistance. Thank you so much for all the support and help over the last 4 months!!!
Visited here today, spoke to Danni who couldn't of done anymore for us, she provided so much information regarding the snake we were purchasing, nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered. Great variety of reptiles, all looked so well looked after and Danni was more than happy to show us all our options before we decided on our Royal Python I feel confident we can go back with any questions we may have in the future. Will definitely be recommending to everyone Amazing service Thank you
Amazingly helpful staff all round, happy to answer all our questions and service was great for getting us everything we needed for our new tortoise Tank. We were given more than information to get started on looking after them and looking forward to boarding Tank for upcoming holidays with them.
I brought my tortoise Apollo from them just before Christmas and they were amazing you can tell they truely care about the animals well fair, I recently had a scare with my tortoise so I messaged them and Conor got back to me very quickly and asked if I could bring him in to have a look. They were very friendly and helpful putting my mind at ease being a first time owner. The aftercare they provide is brilliant.
This place is incredible, they have fantastic staff who are extremely knowledgeable about all the animals they sell. They have such a wide variety of reptiles and other unusual animals like frogs, stick insects, tarantulas and tortoises. They have everything you need to set up too. I would recommend 100% if you are thinking about owning a pet like this. I purchased a beautiful Chile Rose Tarantula so will be returning soon for anything I need for her. The shop itself seems small from the front but is actually quite big inside and goes back very far. It's spotless inside and all the animals are kept very well their tanks were clean and you can tell they are well cared for.
Love this place. I purchased a beautiful bearded dragon here today around 6-8 weeks old. When i arrived all pets was very clean and being fed fresh food. Amazing staff and beautiful animals all very healthy and active. Large amount of fresh stock also there. 10/10 for me.
Spoke to Mark at Birmingham Reptiles over the phone and arranged an online purchase. Mark was exceptionally helpful and the tarantula arrived the next day very healthy and extremely well packaged. Would highly recommend using this store as they are very expirenced and helpful. I personally have used them for over 20 years and the products and staff are second to none. Brilliant!!!
Saw good reviews so popped in as I was upgrading my Whites Tree Frogs terrarium. What a fantastic place! All the animals were obviously thriving. Saw Chloe who was fantastic - knowledgeable and caring. Bought everything I needed and more, plus returned today to collect two American Grey Tree Frogs I didn’t know I needed until Chloe and the frogs charmed me.
The staff are great! They really know their stuff when it comes to reptiles and spiders, their animals look very happy and healthy
I visited this wonderful shop this week to get my first ever reptile, my beautiful Leopard Gecko "Nikko". Craig and Connor were the ones in the shop and I had so much fun being there, great personalities and we had a laugh which made me a lot less nervous. Craig was extremely informative and went through everything with me, answering all my questions perfectly and made me feel fully confident in Nikko's care. The shop itself is great, lots of different animals to choose from and they are all well cared for. All in all an amazing experience for a new reptile owner and I will 100% be back for all of Nikko's needs! Thankyou so much for everything!
