Amazing place, great stuff, awesome collection and really helpful owner and staff. Liked the number of options i got in one place. Specially the owner Jay helped me a lot. He suggested me some good options for my husky. Gave information on other products which will help me in future as well. This person attention to every customer was always missing in big stores. This local pet food store is carrying many things for your pets need. They have wide variety of great canadian and international brand at very reasonable price compare to other franchise stores.  Their staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, specially Chris.  Their new summer arrivals are very good. They have frequent buyer programs on many brand so you will get free supplies on your regular purchase. Highly recommended.

Jay spent the extra time with us, changing our 2 girls' food to a more gentle made in Canada brand of food. We are pleased and grateful for the extra care and time he took with us. We prefer to support our local small businesses over the big box stores! Thanks again, Jay. It was very nice to meet both your brother and father visiting Canada.

They are always very helpful and friendly which means alot , pric Es are in line with other pet stores or less and will order for you if doesn't have it when possible.

It's a good cat and dog store. They don't really carry anything else for other animals except mostly cats and dogs. Save your time and go to pet valu in town.

The products are good quality and the owner is friendly. My dog happily looked at all the toys and treats in the store. They've upgraded their space but they still seem to be very full of products - they look to be outgrowing this expansion.

My male cat was showing Symptoms of crystals. Estimates from a few vets were climbing into the thousands. So, with that expense not an option at this time, out of curiosity I googled and found there are foods that can help remedy the situation. I called Lovems and the fella there said they carried food for his issue and also recommended a light does of diluted apple cider vinegar. I googled this and the results seemed to be very positive. So we went and bought the food he recommended and then tried a dose of the vinegar. We are on day 2, there are dramatic signs of improvement and he loves the wet and dry foods we purchased there. I sincerely thank you for your suggestions as it saved us potentially thousands the vet wanted and they never mentioned this treatment option and for hopefully saving our buddy Mr Cat. We will no longer buy or pet food elsewhere. Thanks again
