Brillant shop great people

First time in using this shop, and it won't be the last. Fabulous service from a very friendly gentleman. Shop was busy but he had time to advise me on my pets needs. Free parking outside, they don't take cards, but this isn't an issue as there is a free cash machine the other side of the road. As a small business owner we know good service when we see it. This shop is an amazing place. The owner is very very kind and helpful person. He spends time for you and try his best to help you find what you want. Never tries to sell you what they have instead he tries to help you find what you want. I guess his job is a passion for him and that makes the time you spend enjoyable. The quality of everything they have is amazingly high and the prices are very very reasonable. I cannot recommend this place enough you must try it yourself.

Actually love going to sheldon pets. The man that runs the shop is professional yet friendly. I bought 2 budgies, and told him i need to get 4 other specific items. He had all 4 specific items and didnt try to get me to buy anything i didnt need. Whenever I've phoned with questions, hes always helped. Im going there again in the morning to get some more perches and water bottles. Literally have only positive things to say about the shop keeper and his shop : his manners are impeccable. Always feel welcome when i walk into the shop :

This is the best pet shop by far. It's mainly run by james who is the most helpful man you could ever wish to meet , behind the scenes is Iva shop owner. They sell everything here that you would need and at great price. They actually have free range eggs on sale. We'll done sheldon pets.

Went in there once to see what it was like as was new to the area and I keep going back, brilliant and friendly service and my boy Jax loves it to he always wants to go there, great selection of stuff to and all at good prices, the owner is very helpful to highly recommended

Fantastic shop! The man in charge is lovely, nothing is ever to much trouble and he goes out of his way to find whatever it Is you ask for or give you the best help and advice. So welcoming and friendly! The animals in store always looks, healthy, clean and very happy!
