Great English pub! We came in for lunch and a beer. The beer was good but the thai was better. While there the locals all showed up to watch a game of rugby on the big screens. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. If I'm ever back in the area I'll be sure to pop in for a quick pint.
a hidden gem in our neighbourhood. 43 pounds for 3 people to eat - couldn't beleive how cheap it was.. and the vibe and atmosphere on a sunday night was excellent - whilst all the other pubs are dead, and kitchen closed - these heroes do epic thai... juke box, great bar counter around the bar - all in all one of the best pubs i've been to. well done team..

The Hope Pole is located in the heart of Wandsworth, just a couple of minutes away from Wandsworth part and Wandsworth town center. The Hope Pole is a typical pub British pub. It is well decorated and it feels cosy. It has a small but nice beer garden and it is fantastic for having a bite and for drinking a good beer. When it comes to food, the pub offers a fantastic Thai menu and the classic Pub food. This time I went for the Thai menu. The menu offers a good variety of Thai dishes, all freshly made. Portions are decent and price is OK. When it comes to service, staff are friendly and chatty. Always happy to help. I do highly recommend to visit this pub.
We looked around for place to eat and drink for a while, we nearly gave up and just passed this Pub, without better choice With kind of disappointing attitude we came in just for a bit. Guys what a nice surprise ! we actually stayed longer. Great stuff, nice and cozy, lovely friendly people around. The Food is so amazing and drinks are in reasonable price. Great beer, wine and tequilas, we’re putting roots here. Highly recommend!
