A friendly welcome and a warm stay which dried out our sodden boots! The focus on local produce and sustainability is impressive. Our room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast set us up for the walk into Penrith.Rooms: 5/5

The Hollies holiday cottage is absolutely gorgeous. I am a full-time wheelchair user and the cottage is perfect for anyone with mobility problems, spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. You will get to meet John and Jan who couldn't be more friendly and helpful. You may get a visit from Ollie the dog tooRooms: 5/5

Really welcoming. Clean and well presented. Lovely hosts and Ollie the dog always says hello. He is just a friendly fusspot, he has a great nature.

Lovely B&B, clean rooms, lovely hosts and a tasty breakfast.  The gardens were nice with a lovely pond at the bottom.  The bed was comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

A warm welcome from Jan and John when we arrived.made us a cup of tea as we arrived later than planned due to traffic problems.its the perfect place for our group with  everything on flat for our wheelchair friends who were with us.would highly recommend this for anyone In a wheelchair or with any mobility issues.this is our second visit and I'm sure we will be back
