Good location from which to visit the beautiful Northumberland coastline up to Scotland. The rooms are exceptional - beautifully decorated and furnished with the comfiest of beds, duvets and pillows. But it's Jane and Derek's hosting which tops the bill; offering every conceivable thing you would want in your room and the most sumptuous breakfast in the beautifully appointed upstairs room. Both offer help and guidance for the local area, walkers and travel information.

Superb stay, the bedrooms are large and tastefully furnished. We had a great night's sleep. The upstairs breakfast room is exceptional as was the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay with Derek and Hazel and can strongly recommend this B and B.

Had a great one night stay here. We had both rooms for one night & from the minute we got there to the minute we left everything was first class. We were made to feel very welcome given a tour of the room and garden, then offered a piece of home made cake. Rooms are large with a small ensuite but decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served in an amazing room on the first floor. I would say that this is one of the best, most friendly places we have ever stayed at. It's also very close to the town and city walls with parking right outside the door. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Berwick.

Absolutely the best Bed and Breakfast I have stayed in. The breakfast room is special. Derek and Janet were excellent hosts. They couldn't do enough for us. My vegetarian friend was especially impressed by her breakfast. The home baking is a treat. Rooms are excellent too. Plenty room. Smart TV allows catch up. I will be back.
