Terrible pharmacy, they are so rude. On their hours it doesn’t say they close for lunch but they do anyway at random times. They put a stupid sign saying back in 20 min. No one knows when the 20 min started because they are so vague. 6 people all came to the pharmacy and said the same thing: their note is unhelpful. If they close for lunch which they can put it in your trading hours like every other organisation so people know. I drove 20 min to come here because it said it was open. The lady on the phone was so rude- I couldn’t believe it. Why does no one hold them accountable.

Zero stars if i could. Price Gouging customers on basic over the counter medications that GP's no longer do prescriptions on. Disgusting behaviour putting profit over service and making the cost of living crisis even worse. Awful

EVERY TIME I use this pharmacy I find the staff RUDE, unhelpful and unfriendly. Will be changing my nominated pharmacy as soon as I get my prescription.

Rude and unhelpful! My mum went to get eye drops for me but picked up the wrong ones by mistake. They did not want to change them even though they had not been used! We will never use this pharmacy again.

Just had a rather weird experience at the pharmacy. I think the people there have a tendency to be judgemental. I was buying some ibuprofen gel for my child on the advice of my doctor, but because it was not recommended for under 12s, the pharmacist told me ‘you can’t buy that for her’. She really intimidated me, it felt like I was being told off. They can dispense advice but nothing more. I’d already listened to them, listened to my doctor, got caught in the middle, and made my own decision. I am a competent parent who is not stupid, don’t tell me what I can and can’t do for my child! It just really wound me up. They could be more self aware in how they speak to people.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced, never have prescriptions in, faded and out of date stock, unfriendly they don't deserve to be in the village

Absolutely awful! So rude. Me and my friend have been in there once or twice just to look around as we hadn’t been in before and we like to have a look around shops but we didn’t buy anything as we had no money with us. So today we decided to go buy something and brought money with us, we’re in the shop no longer than 5 minutes when whoever was working at the time had a go at us and he said something like this, “you two have been in here a lot and have never brought anything and I don’t want you in my shop we don’t know what your doing first time buy nothing second time buy nothing third time buy nothing fourth time buy nothing and I don’t want you coming in here anymore”. Me and my friend had only been in this shop twice before then but anyway we were shocked and didn’t know what to do so we put our things down that we were going to actually buy and left the shop we went to the shop next to it where we happened to get more for our money which turned out better anyway. And can I just say the previous times we went in and looked around he kept staring at us as if we were up to something and we weren’t we’d never do anything like that and honestly I’m offended he would say such a thing like that to me and my friend. Definitely won’t be going back there again, rude and not very welcoming!! Wouldn’t recommend going.

Nice people, very helpful.  Also happily agreed to send out leaflets with some prescriptions to support the local community regarding covid-19.

Really nice helpful people.  New larger premises Highly recommend this pharmacy.  A very personal informative service.
