Best pharmacy I have ever come across including European ones.  They deliver prescriptions and, if they know it's urgent, they will get it to you ASAP.  We also had our Covid boosters there and it was a smooth and painless process.

Ignorant. Left sitting for 20 minutes for a Covid jab, the previous patient left as I arrived. Chemist wasn't busy, no more than one other customer in there. Decided to leave and book elsewhere.

Used this pharmacy for its travel clinic... the staff and pharmacist  were excellent...very caring and polite...definately use them again

Myself, partner and son have been using Birdsfoot pharmacy for years now. We have most of our items delivered and any issues have been resolved far quicker than I'd have expected given previous pharmacy experience.  We have a lot of items due to our son being severely disabled so we need a pharmacy that is reliable and communicates well. Birdsfoot have not let us down once in the past 5 or so years.  On top of a very prompt delivery service and collection of scripts from the docs on our behalf I also love the in-store aspect of the pharmacy. It's quite a squeeze in there but that's only because there's a great section of items that are all only £1 Then on top of that there's a huge a selection of high quality designer perfumes as well.  We've had our flu shots each year in store and other required shots. All of which have gone perfectly. None of us have suffered unusual bruising or pain as all the staff are very well trained and experienced in carrying out injections.  I've not tried the beauty / facial or botox services offered by the pharmacy but from what I've seen advertised they offer quite a few different options and I'm aware that the gentleman who carries out the services is very highly regarded and also has a practice on Harley Street in London.  All in all, there's so much offered by this pharmacy that it cuts the need for visits to multiple places and from experience I can safely say I will be staying with this pharmacy for as long as they or myself  exist.

We are extremely pleased with this pharmacy.  When we were in lockdown, our regular pharmacy in Oakley Road refused to deliver even though we were unwell at the time and had no family nearby.  We changed to this pharmacy and have found them to be very efficient.  Also, the lady who usually does the deliveries is charming.

Recently got travel vaccines here, lady who done them was friendly. Would highly recommend

I went in here once and as for someone who managed a Lloyd’s Pharmacy, I wouldn’t like to come back. Customer facing workers should at all times look clean or at least dress appropriately because it means “you can be bothered to respect the image of your workplace”. I walked in and there was this teenager girl, wearing trainers  she really dressed unprofessionally and it made me question the establishment.  I thought I’d give it a chance, BUT my partner was messed around to collecting a medicine and two different staff DIDN’T communicate with each other so we were given different answers.  Very unprofessional.  Humans makes mistakes but I’m sensing that a few in this establishment doesn’t really care about the future of their pharmacy.

I had two travel vaccine injections at this pharmacy, each time I was kept waiting 35 minutes over my two appointments. Also the second injection was done so fast totally LESS THAN 1 second needle out that I suspect it was just an empty syringe. I didn’t look because due to needle phobia.  Other staff very friendly and the reception lady most helpful but the person who gave me injections was rude and I suspect foul play. I rather pay more elsewhere for my travel vaccines than repeat same experience.  Possibly Cheapest pharmacy in Luton for travel vaccinations but I urgently recommend that your eyes stay alert & focused on whole procedure especially the syringe content.

Good service, you can make vaccinations there. The girls are so kind!
