Visited this harvester quite late so it was naturally quite empty. Service was fab, nothing was a problem. Food was all fresh and cooked lovely. Toilets were clean. Great priceFood: 5/5

This is quite a small restaurant for a Harvesters. There was a delay in getting our salad bowls because of an allergy in our group. Apart from that, the food was good, and we didnt wait too long for our meal. A solid 4 out of 5 for me.Food: 5/5

Sally was very attentive and helpful with our breakfasts this morning. We had an issue with our teas being cold and sally sorted these straight away! Food was served quick with no issues. Even booked on a take away breakfast for the husband at home with no issues. Thank youFood: 5/5
Visited this harvester on a Monday lunchtime, to be greeted by a young man named Richard who showed me to my seat. Sally, my server was lovely and Liam came over to greet me and made sure everything was OK. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and really good food. Chloe also made herself known to me and added to the attentive nature of the venue. All I all a very pleasant experience at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be eating there again.
I had an exceptional visit to the Harvester at the Fort Shopping Park today. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our server, Sally, was outstanding—she welcomed us with a friendly smile and provided superb customer service throughout our visit. I was dining with my 76-year-old mother, and Sally's attentiveness made our experience memorable. She promptly brought our drinks without us needing to leave our seats and took the time to engage with my mother, making her day. The food was exceptional: hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. My mother enjoyed the rump steak, while I had the ultimate mixed grill, both prepared to perfection. The salad bar was well-stocked, and Sally’s continued service during our meal was impeccable. She even offered to refill our self-serve drinks, a gesture I’ve never encountered elsewhere. When the bill came, Sally's friendly conversation added a lovely touch to the end of our meal. This visit was fantastic, largely due to Sally’s exceptional service. She is a true asset to the Harvester team, and her kindness and enthusiasm have ensured that we will return soon. A fantastic meal all around.
Me and my partner came for food yesterday morning, food was fantastic and service was amazing too. We was served my a lovely lady called Sally who was very cheerful and polite. Really seemed like someone who enjoys her job and has great customer service skills. Many thanks. Joss Evans.
We've been 3 times now as it's conveniently located and accessible for the wheelchair user in the family. The service is always efficient and friendly, and the place is clean and nicely decorated. However, the food has been a letdown every time. Yes, the salad bar is great, but I've now had 3 different menu choices and they've been average at best - convenience food that would have tasted better and at least hot if I'd cooked it from my own freezer at home. 3 visits is definitely enough.
Kat was our server today. She was very good, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The only bad thing was we ordered garlic bread with cheese, and when it came out we thought it was a piece of sponge cake and custard! It certainly didn't look like garlic bread with cheese. Kat changed it for us, no problemFood: 4/5
