The atmosphere was great. The interior of the whole place looks really cozy and nice. We had a view of the river which my son enjoyed since we watched the boats passing by. My husband loved the music too because he prefers old classics.nnWe were booked for 11:30am on a Sunday but the staff allowed us to have a seat inside the restaurant when we came a bit earlier. They were always checking on us which we appreciate. However, I had 2 orders of soft drinks but only one came. I just informed one of the staff just so they won't charge it on our bill.nnAs for the food, the presentation was good. They all looked very appetising. Sadly, the food tasted bland. Maybe because we have an asian palate so we're used to tasting lots of spices and umami. Also, I was hoping to have a small gesture or greeting when they served the desserts for I noted on my reservation that it was my birthday. I've been to restaurants which did have something for the birthday celebrant. Maybe I just had some high expectations because the reviews of this place were generally positive. Nevertheless, the desserts tasted better than the mains.nnOverall, an average experience.

We are absolutely delighted with our experience at Harts Boatyard Surbiton. Not only is the location beautiful and the atmosphere warm and inviting, but from the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with genuine smiles that make you feel instantly welcome.nnA special mention goes to our server, Jacob. He was the definition of a true gentleman—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s people like him who make all the difference and turn a great meal into a memorable experience.nnAs a family, and friends we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

When you think drinking in London you think expensive… not in this place!!! The bottomless deal is definitely one to take. We came with a group of 7 and enjoyed our time here, the bottomless includes both high quality drinks and food.nWe will be back!nThe staff were incredibly kind. It is a nice place to eat, drink, and enjoy your time. The staff work very hard and provide very good customer service.nnHowever, the car park is controlled by Euro Car Parks, and this has caused concerns. The parking system feels very strict, and many customers may feel they are being unfairly charged. It can give the impression that penalties are issued too easily, which may affect the business and discourage visitors.nnIt is unfortunate because the venue itself is excellent, but parking issues can create a negative experience for customers. Thank you

We had a lovely meal there for two for a pre christmas treat. Kate and her staff were so friendly and helpful and the food , especially the pork tomahawk was delicious.  Would definitely go back . Really cosy christmas vibe
