Great wee pub, especially good for watching sport as it bring with it a really good vibrant atmosphere. The added bonus of having really good food served throughout was fantastic. Possibly the best chicken tempura I have ever eaten, will need to return and try it sober. But best of all 3 Stella, a heverlee and a southern comfort for £16, no excuse not to go back.

Popped in to watch a bit of the football. Ended up sitting in the lounge, chose a table with a with a good view. Seemed to be doing a decent trade with food and our intention was to buy food at half time. About 10 minutes before half time we were told our table was reserved, we had been there 40 mins. There was nothing on the table to indicate this, furthermore the table next to us was reserved. It would appear this was done to accommodate others, avoid the place is a dump.

Traditional pub setting with a cool atmosphere. Great for a few pints, watching your coupon go bust at the weekend with Jeff and the team on the big screen. Also does tasty grub and a mean chicken wing challenge. Band nights at the weekend are a highlight. Class wee pub!
