A very relaxed environment.

After appologising 20mins after my consult time that my cat had been very sick that day & emergency surgery & I needed to rearrange, there was no reaction other than the threat that my hair appt might have been cancelled altogether. No compassion or empathy, very bad first impression, felt awkward & uncomfortable at the arrogance displayed that I should be privileged to have an appointment ¬hing should have interrupted what would have been a 10 min consult on dye. Never going here again. There are many more hairdressers in Hastings, most of which will have better customer service for new clients.
