I don't think this place even deserves 1 star. The owner is one of the most rude, arrogant and apathetic person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. More importantly I know for a fact he doesn't wash his hands after he's been to the loo. The man is mediocre at styling hair at its best and for what he charges I think it's hilariously overpriced. Please don't make the mistake of walking into this poor excuse for a "salon". It also seems other people have had similar experiences to myself on other review sites. Here's one from 192. "Was recommended by a friend so called to book appointment. What a disappointment the man was rude (sarcastic tone) unfriendly really needs to up his customer service skills, if he wants to encourage new clients. Maybe he is unaware that its not all about the haircut but people need to feel comfortable and trust the hairdresser. Wouldn't bother I didn't even get through the door was really put off!!!!!"

I’ve just called up to ask you if I could make an appointment which you couldn’t accommodate which is fair enough. But your response for me calling you was defiantly not how you should speak to your clients. I called the land line number which is the only way to contact your business then you said I was pushing my luck because I woke you up at 8am. If you don’t want calls then don’t divert them to your phone. Unfortunately because of your rude attitude you have lost a client.

wouldnt even lisen or look at the first revew take no notice of it looks like harry volders is the rude person tells lies dont no what a good nice saloon is the owner is a verry clean person all ways washes his hands and verry respected person verry friendly all his staff realy nice is best place on queens road .good service at good price or a saloon should be double the price
